Things to note to refund an item bought in our webshop:
1. It must be within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the sales invoice.
3. Return/Exchange is only applicable to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s) received on your online order within 14 days from receiving your order. This is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value any other methods at the discretion of lac.com.ph.
4. We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.
5. For orders outside of Metro Manila, please note that customer will have to bear the shipping cost for return.
Please note that Gift Cards and LAC Club memberships are non-returnable and non-refundable.
